Yes and yes. Be aware that the Last Call stuff is very much the leftovers that other people did not want. It can be a good thing, but if you've never seen it before it often sounds better than it is.

Yes. Resale owners do very well in Wyndham. The only benefit of note that you really don’t have access to is the VIP discounts/upgrades (which are not worth the upcharge) and you can’t use your points to book at Worldmark (unless you use RCI).
