It's for a studio in the VG (Hillside) section. It is for a week 44 fixed use. It is listed as "Platinum" but it's really better described as "Hurricane." The best season at WSJ is Platinum Plus.
None of the later 2 and 3-bedroom units which make up the BV phase are lockoffs. None of the early VG units are lockoffs either. The larger units are 2-br non-lockoffs or 3-br pool villas.
The lack of lockoff capability is a drawback to owning at WSJ. If a guest decides not to come, you can be stuck with an unused bedroom unless you cancel altogether - or find another, last-minute guest. It also means that if you don't use the week, you would rent out the week (or try to trade with an owner at Harborside) rather than depositing lockoff portions of your unit in II. ... eom
