Wrong EMAIL on my WM account.

Since the recent update with the WM software, I have had several problems. One--they have someone else's email (no one/no email I've ever used) on my account. Two--I keep getting "kicked out" e.g. having to sign back in several times. The site just doesn't work on Safari (Mac)-it won't load pages. Don't trust this website much anymore.

I use chrome with the occasional problem of having to sign in multiple times. That website has been a mess since they changed it, imo.

I have the same thing happen sometimes, but it always works the second attempt to log in - to date at least. With Wyndumb, count on nothing working longterm.

With Safari, I have solved the 'spin cycle' problem by going into Settings or Preferences (depending on how old and what type of device) select manage website details and delete the wyndhamdestinations.com one. For awhile, leaving the travelandleisure one allowed me to log in without a code, but that went away at another IT downgrade (I've stopped pretending they do any upgrades).

The mystery email is probably a previous owner. Their old info periodically makes an appearance.

I had this problem for a year, they kept trying to change my email, and some back office system would wipe it out. It kept populating the old owner. I finally got it fixed, and you worried me that this would break it again, but it is still correct.

After I sold my WM and things transferred, the new owner received some emails, but not all. For almost a year, everytime they made a reservation, the Confirmation email came to me. I'd contact the new owner, and Forward the Confirmation to them. They'd contact WM, advise them of the problem, WM would "fix it," and then sometime later, it happened again. This went on unnecessarily, for a long time. Eventually, things got sorted out, but what a pain that was!

Same for a Worldmark I sold to Sandy V. Seems to have been correctedvas I have not recieved any of her reservation confirmations of for over a year.
