We are visiting now and found the following posting all over here:
*random google drive link removed by admin*
I'm hoping it shows up for others, but in essence, it is dated May, 2019 and summarizes a legal suit:
Ocean Walk Resort Condominium Association Vs. Wyndham Vacation Resorts
It then says that Wyndham cannot (basically) hard sell except for the "Common Elements"
I'm no attorney and this confuses me.
1. Why would an individual resort bring suit against the larger corporation? (especially when it would seem it would ultimately financially benefit the individual resort)
2. What does this mean as precedent?
3. What would the "common elements" be?
4. Why would it be so prominently posted all around?
Thanks
