would like to sell maui timeshare

A similar property (WKORVN, 2 Bedroom, EOY, Island View) just sold tonight on Ebay for $5100 + fees + partial reimbursement for 2013 fees. Includes 2013 usage.

I think I've seen Annual 2 bedrooms-island view go unsold on ebay for $10K.

If Syed can get you $9000 for your EOY, and you are desperate to sell, might be a reasonable way to go.
