Their website was created May 2018. I would worry.
I just received this response from an Escrow Co. verified by TUG.
"Hi, this is the second day in a row that I have heard about this company. The web site was created and the domain bought roughly 2 months ago. They also talk about being a listing site and have handled thousands of these deals, must have been a good 3 months.
They will not buy your timeshare, but take $250 to put you on a website that they don't have up and running..." Another scam! :/

No pictures of people, no mention of any timeshare companies, no corporate address, no mention of who owns this thing.....Jim's quote is spot-on. What could go wrong?....... And how many listings can be advertised, agreed to, paid for, and transferred by the developer in 3 months?
