I am not 100% sure, but I think that WorldMark Yosemite Northshore Estates (that I have never heard of) is actually WorldMark Bass Lake. They have the same address.

we have a separate resort listed for bass lake, but thats not to say northshore estates should have been removed/merged long ago!

I do show its the same address, perhaps it was just a separate phase at one time? easy enough to merge them if so!

edit: looking at the most recent review, it does seem to indicate its within the bass lake resort...so ill just merge them. thank you!

My bad, it was Worldmark Dolphins Cove in Anaheim. I could write a review for the WM Leavenworth. We reserve this every year for my wife's Christmas trip with the female family and friends. It sounds like they mostly shop, drink wine and hot tub.

Kapa’a shore and Valley Isle are gone.

Kapa’a shore and Valley Isle are gone.
did they close permanently? its still listed on worldmarks site? due to the fires im guessing? no plans to rebuild/reopen?

Worldmark didn't renew their lease at Valley Isle in Maui probably because of the shoreline erosion problem. I can see inventory at the Ka'apa location so I think this resort is still in Worldmark.

They did just add 4 new locations including Flagstaff, but they really need more in HI. WM only had like 7 units in Valley Isle to begin with. It is a multi branded site. I think the non-renewal had to do with beach erosion there.

removed the worldmark moniker from valley isle.

Worldmark now has inventory at these resorts. I haven't been to any of them and only the Flagstaff resort is on my radar.

these are all existing wyndham resorts that are already in TUG. Im guessing there are just a portion of rooms or building now designated for worldmark owners?

ill have to figure something out to make this work as I am not currently able to link a resort to two different point programs, though its super easy to rename it wyndham / worldmark vs just wyndham etc.

There are many co located Wyndham and WM locations. I wouldn’t worry about it. Owners should know and see inventory online.

You are correct about the different phase. The first phase now called the Bass Lake phase runs along a gated road down towards the lake and consists of privately owned units and ones that are rented out by RCI. The name you have likely came from the HOA associated with these units. Phase 2 called North Shore was built by WorldMark in a circular location/manner just north of the existing phase. You can actually book a unit in either phase through the WorldMark owner website using your WorldMark ownership, though the Bass Lake units have more traditional timeshare restrictions on them as you must arrive on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday and only for a week stay whereas the North Shore phase allows you to arrive any day for any number of nights.
