When you buy a resale contract do you have to go through a closing agent or just pay the 299 transfer fee?

I just arranged it between the buyer and myself and paid the $299 fee when I did it about a year ago.

You don't need a closing company, since here is no deed to prepare or record. WorldMrk is a club membership. They'll send a simple form for the Buyer and Seller to fill out and submit, with the $299 transfer fee. Eventually they'll switch the names, and it's a done deal. Very simple.
