I did exchange first through II and II took too many points. (I exchanged a studio and they took 10k pts). Worldmark Account Resolutions refuses to help and says call Interval. Interval says it is Worldmark's responsibility to fix. Does anyone have a phone number or an email or someone who can resolve these type of issues? Thanks!
