Worldmark not processing autopay

Just wondering if anyone else has had this experience. I have a fairly new Worldmark account and set the maintenance up for autopay. Well, it came out the first month but then in August it did not post so I went and looked at the account and it said it was overdue. So, I made a regular payment and then 2 days later they pulled the auto payment. Is it common for them not to process autopay until the 5th or 6th when it is due on the first? So what happens now that I am paid one month ahead, will they process sept or skip until October?

They changed payment processing vendors and the transition, like anything Wyndamn IT does, has not gone that smoothly. August was the first month of the new payment processor. I also had the payment posted late. We shall see if this gets fixed for next month.

All of our WM accounts have autopay and all of the accounts went off autopay. I didn't notice and there was some sort of penalty or extra fee they wanted for each account. They transferred my call to someone that figured it out and was able to take the payment.
