We've stayed at the WorldMark Spencer St and WorldMark Las Vegas Blvd locations. The Spencer Street resort is a block off Flamingo, about 3 miles east of the strip. It is an older complex, formerly an apartment building, with a small pool and spa. I think it has 44 units, about half and half one and two bedroom.
The Las Vegas Blvd resort is technically on the strip, but it is 4 miles south of the Mandalay Bay so it is not located in the area where the casinos are. It is a much larger complex than the Spencer St location, with more amenities. It has over 400 units in a dozen buildings, three swimming pools, three spas, and a lazy river. The lower level of each building is a parking garage for that building. The units range from studios to three bedroom penthouses.
We toured the exterior and grounds of the Tropicana Resort, the third WorldMark in Las Vegas but we haven't stayed there. As the name suggests, it is on Tropicana Ave, about 2 miles west of the strip.
My choice of the three would be the Las Vegas Blvd location. The rooms are nice size with a deck and the covered parking is a nice feature. There have been a few reports of maintenance problems but they seem to be getting those under control now. The resort is currently being repainted and looks very nice with its new exterior three tone colors. We've stayed there at least 5 times and are probably going to be there again next spring.
