I’m considering a last-minute RCI exchange to WorldMark Indio – 5 Nights (#DK99) and wanted to understand the additional fees listed for this resort.

Here’s what I see in the exchange details:
  • Housekeeping fee for RCI reservations under 7 nights: up to $108 USD per stay
  • Mandatory occupancy tax: $15.14 USD per night for a 2-bedroom unit
  • Possible utility fees (gas and electricity), which may vary based on length of stay, season, unit size, and actual usage, and are payable directly to the resort
  • Possible Wi-Fi / internet fees
Has anyone stayed at WorldMark Indio recently on an RCI exchange?
If so, what additional charges did you actually end up paying?

Thanks in advance for your help—I really appreciate it.

Jane

All but the utility fees. You will definitely pay housekeeping and tax and Internet at WM is not free.

Housekeeping fees will apply because your reservation is less than 7 days.
Tax is tax, you can't avoid that.
Internet is not free. But you don't pay unless you want it.
I have never seen a WorldMark or Wyndham charge for utility inside mainland US.
