a good friend purchased "100 weeks" for 3.5K and now can not book on the site that she is being forwarded to …also none to the phone numbers we fined gets any customer service for help.
So at this point can only hope that we get an email response'

not sure if this is a cautionary tale or maybe one of you have information ?

It's definitely a good caution. Many here on TUG are well aware of the many shady travel clubs out there and how these clubs talk people into buying (much like timeshare sales presentations).

Well that money is long gone! You'll never hear from them again unless they decide to run another type of scam on you.......

Be cautious; You may get an email or phone call from some "recovery" service claiming they cans get back your hard earned money for an up front fee.
