I have too many timeshares and need to downsize. This unit is at Peppertree Ocean Club at Myrtle Beach. Week 26 in Unit C510 in a one bedroom sleeps four. Ocean Front View. MFs are $599.88 for 2012 and the unit has not been used. I have been renting or depositing this unit. Great trader. It can also be used in II.

I am offering the unit for free except the buyer will have to pay closing with choice of closing agent. Buyer will also reimburse seller for 2012 mfs.

What are the Resort Transfer fees?

C'mon people, seriously!

You know this will cost you the price of closing costs, maybe max of $350, and the usual transfer fee of between $50 - $100. Actually, a quick Google search showed $98 for transfer fees.

A week 26 at this resort will get you 42 TPUs in RCI. The math is $600 / 42 = 14.285. That is 42 TPUs at less than $15. Pretty good deal.

What will 42 TPUs get you in the trade market? A good and full 2 weeks at several of the nice Kauai, Hawaii resorts. Think about it, 2 weeks in Hawaii for a $600 MF + exchange fee of $189. That works out to $57 per night.

If I were in the market for a good bargain trader, this one would definitely qualify.

july 4th fluxuates - sometimes week 26, sometimes 27.

doesn't matter - this is a great week - i have a 1 bedroom myrtle beach - fluxuates between 38 and 44 TPUs

It's a very generous offer. A Myrtle Beach Week 26 would regularly go for $1000 or more on ebay.
