Hi all,

Where can I find a copy of the Ownership bylaws, governing docs, HOA docs, etc...

I am about to close on a property with Westin Lagunamar and just got the closing documents, and want to review the docs before signing.

If they are in public record, what county are they recorded in?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
