I own a WKV 2BD EOY Gold season 81k SO. Last years fees were $855.26. 2021 fees are $1015.26. That’s over $2000 per week!!! What’s going on there?!?!

Your numbers include the VSE fee. The 2021 annual fee for a 2bd unit (regardless of season) is $1,671. You should be paying half of that for your eoy for 2021, plus the VSE fee.

Looks like they are billing $155 for the VSE fee. I do have multiple weeks.

Do you believe it was a mistake that they billed you the additional VSE fee? Or did they change the policy.

I currently have 1 unit but am in the process of buying some more so am curious if they still discount/waive the fee for additional units past 1/2.

Thanks

Based on my WKV bills for 2021, it is still $155 for the first unit, approx $50 for the second, and then "free".

For VSE resorts in HI, the VSN Fee is taxed - so a bit more than $155.

VSE uses the first 2 purchases for the VSN fee. We bought our 1st at WKORV and iirc the VSN fee is ~$165

lol

Our first purchase was Kierland for which we pay a VSN fee of $155. Our second was WKORV; its VSN fee was $52.08 last year, presumably $50 + Hawaii taxes.

Is there a way to get the VSN fee allocated to your WKV weeks instead of Hawaii weeks to save on the tax? Probably not a lot of money, but could save a few bucks.

I tried - nope. First two purchased.
If someone did it - I think there may be more to the situation as they were pretty adamant about the inability to switch.
