Hi All

We have been long time owners at WKORVN (2 bedroom, ocean view). In the past, we typically would reserve a June week (12 months out) and either use it ourselves or easily rent out on Redweek. As the kids got older, we now enjoy other options more (cruises, traveling to Japan, Oahu), It has also become more challenging renting out our week (even as owner verified + the lower end of the redweek market). I've also been reading some of the recent WKORVN resort reports. That makes me nervous about sending a renter there. The new 30 day guest policy is also annoying.

What do folks here recommend as the easiest but prudent way to "sell/rent/trade" each year's usage? I don't need top dollar. Just want something prudent/easy/minimum hassle. I still haven't figured out what to do with my 2025 week.

1) Convert to Marriott DC Points and rent the points?

2) Convert to DC Points, reserve a hot week and rent that out?

3) Stick with what I've been doing? Reserve a week at WKORVN and rent it out?

4) I've also been using Thirdhome to trade my week. This is probably a poor use of my week.

5) Any other ideas

Would love to hear how others are navigating this.

I may end up selling my week, but we aren't there yet.

Thanks,
