As for EOY - not sure - never seen an OF EOY and don't believe they were sold as EOY by the delevoper - again I am not sure.
I do not believe that the developer still has OF units for sale at OF WKORV, but many next door at WKORV-N for 74K.
There is an OF Deluxe LO WKORV unit on eBay starting at 49.9K.

there are 2 types of OF at WKORV - Deluxe (corner unit with 2 balconies, studio balcony on the side) and premium (center unit - w/ 1 full balcony, and 'juliet' balcony)
I would have loved to purchase an OF 1bd alone, and not the LO studio - but I don't they can be separated - maybe by arrangement with the seller
