WKORV OCEAN VIEW PARKING LOT VIEW FOR HOME RESORT

While no room preference can be guaranteed, as a WKORV owner making a reservation 12-8 months out, what are my chances of getting the dreaded parking lot “0cean View” in bldg 4?

The "dreaded parking lot" view units at WKORV are all coded Island View, not Ocean View. They face inland, overlooking the larger WKORV parking lot, Highway 30, and the West Maui Mountain.

There are a few OV units on the ocean side of building 4 that overlook a smaller parking lot, a public park, and the ocean. They are not the best OV units, but they are not "dreaded". I would take them over many of the low floor OV units in buildings 2 or 3.

If you own OV and make your reservation at the twelve month mark, you will be fine.

Likely fairly low. Have you already made your reservation? If not, make it at EXACTLY 12 months out and for your 2 requests, put Building 4, hight floor.
