Hi Guys,

The Annual meeting of the WKORV owner's assoc is going to take place while we happen to be staying for our week at the resort in Dec. What happens at these meetings? Is it worth showing up?

Thanks,

Jeff

This was my experience - Most of the board members won't be there - they will have a tele-conference. They will rush through an agenda and discourage any participation from owners - they won't accept any motions from the floor. There will be no real discussion or decisions made in front of the owners - that all happens behind closed doors. It will be obvious that they are only going through the motions to meet the requirements of the law.
