Willpamsburg availability june 2009

I have been trying to get three units at Powhatan Plantation for next June, or another resort, and there isn't any availability. (I have one unit reserved, and have had an ongoing search for over a month for two more) Has something changed? Williamsburg used to be an easy exchange, now none of my deposits pull anything. Any thoughts? What do you think the likely hood of getting more units is?

I see quite a bit of June 2009 availability in a half dozen resorts online in II. Are you talking about RCI?

That location gets its weeks sporatically. Just keep checking...usually it comes out closer to the date.

We are having a family reunion there in June '09...we finally got all the rooms we needed, but it was touch and go.

In early June of this year, RCI had many, many weeks available for Powhatten. One and two bedroom units were available throughout the summer of 2009. There was even a three bedroom available in August. By the end of June, most of those units were gone. I was able to see this with a one bedroom, non-gold crown Mexico resort.

Wyndham's June '09 deposits shoud be coming within two months or so---they just went through April in the last few weeks.
