Willowbrook on ebay yesterday---how to look up what it sold for?

There was a 2BR Floating Lockoff on ebay that ended yesterday.
It was Willowbrook at Split Rock. With about 10 hours to go it was at about $1200.

I thought I was "Watching" it in My ebay---but apparently I hadn't saved it.

So, how can I look it up, or can I??

Thanks,
Pat

On the left side of the screen, check off Completed Listings and use a keyword you remember from the title.

Is this it?

We stayed there shortly after it was built---I suspect we were one of the first 3 or 4 people to occupy the unit we were assigned. Being new, we were impressed. As a couple with no kids, we did recognize the resort was quite 'kid friendly'; with activities, etc.
We do like the golf there, so we intend to go back. (hence my interest/ and why I was trying to 'watch' it on ebay)

They have since built a waterpark---making it even more kid friendly.

Since we went there, I have kept my eye on Willowbrook (their other two sections of Westwood, and Galleria do NOT interest me).

This was a Floating week---do you think there are ANY weeks there that would have considerably strong trade power? (i.e. July 4th---what do you think of that week specifically).

Get a NASCAR Sprint Cup schedule and see when the 2 races are at Pocono. One is like the 2nd weekend in June and the other is in mid-late July. Those would be good to rent or deposit. I think the 2nd race would be better IMHO.

So, if I was able to get one of those weeks---would you consider that weel to be of 'high' trade power? (or just 'average' trade power?)

$1400 for a Poconos timeshare? Thats way too much. Willowbrook is nice but it will trade mediocre at best regardless of the week. During race week most people tend to stay for just the weekend, not a whole week. I would not buy a Poconos timeshare unless your planning on using it yourself. There are much better places to buy for similar costs.

Thanks for the reply. While we might go there occasionally (it's about a 9.5 hour drive); I wouldn't buy unless it ALSO had decent trade power.
