I giving away the first timeshare we ever purchased. The information is as follows:

Property #2110D/Interval (Even) R-29N
99 Year Right to Use (began in 2006)
Maintenance: $323 per year (Only needs to be paid on even years)
This timeshare is fully paid for and the maintenance is up to date.
Buyers first use will be 2016

I am requesting that the buyer pay $150.00. and I will pay the remainder of the transfer fees. The transfer will be performed by LT Transfer (great company). We have stayed at the following resorts depositing this week:

Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club
(2 bedrooms)

Marriott's Harbour Lake
(2 bedrooms)

Marriott's Manor Club Sequel
(2 bedrooms)

The stays that were not Marriott occurred when I deposited late (May & June) for August vacations. The Marriott weeks were available when I deposited my week in February.

I am interested... Can you pm me what I need to do as I am a newbie. We have been looking to rent a summer week at this resort, but owning would likely be more beneficial, esp for the reasonable maintenance fees.
