Willow Ridge special meeting

Got notice in the mail today of an upcoming special meeting for Willow Ridge owners; to elect 5 board members - as the resort is transitioning from developer to member control.

Have only been an owner there for a couple years and haven't visited the property, but am somewhat surprised that this is just occurring now, FWIW.
