Does someone know if this planned change to allow the fully vaxxed to enter the United States by air starting in November will apply to arrivals from Mexico?
The focus of the article is understandably on arrivals from Europe, but would this proposed change also likely mean that fully vaxxed U.S. air passengers will no longer have to take a Covid test before returning from a vacation in Mexico?
