Will hgvc charge again for enrollment with taking One name off ownership?

Me and my other half are going our separate ways and are dividing our hgvc affiliate timeshares. These are enrolled weeks. Does anyone know if they will required to be enrolled again at a cost?

If the name of one owner remains, I don't think so (but you should call them).
I'd try the the Hilton rep at an affiliate office first, as they process the change.
I'm sure you know that a quitclaim deed will need to be recorded for each.

My 2 cents (not that you asked):
It'd be a good idea to list who gets which in a property settlement agreement.
Alternatively, you could have a sort'a closing with each signing a stack of deeds.

Just went through a bunch of phone calls to them. One of these should work.

I think it has to be redeeded. Which means fees.

I have divorced for 8 years now, and I still have not gotten around to taking my ex off all the timeshares. If you have an amicable divorce, then you could leave it on there for now, until you decide what to do in the future.

I even got HGVC to put it in my legal name, which is back to my maiden name. That was NO change, but taking off the Ex, they want money.

But report back if you get a different answer.
