Will Capital Vacations take any week as deedback with a maintenance fee in advance + $400,

Has anyone been denied? I sent the link to the program I found on TUG to my friend who owns at Foxrun. We are both wondering if Capital will take it back, since it's a winter week. Shouldn't they take back every week, if they take back "some" weeks at a particular resort?

Just curious if you have been denied and know others at the same resort were denied.

im sure thats a dynamic list, but im pretty sure capital charges a really hefty deedback fee so if there are intervals they wont take back...those owners are in a real bind for exit options.
