Yes - all Grupo Mayan Resorts have WIFI available - generally for a fee, My guess is that at the Grand Luxxe it will be free even for exchangers, BUT, you may be asked to pay for WIFI. We own at Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace and must pay the $70-$90 weekly fee for WIFI in our unit. The Grand Bliss and Grand Luxxe owners have that included in their contracts.

Thank you for the information. I still cannot believe that some resorts charge their owners for wifi.

We cannot believe it either as all our other timeshares provide it for free to owners and sometimes exchangers. We always count on having WIFI available and really hate it when we have to pay. But, I guess they know that many of us will pay so they charge to get extra revenue.

yes...you get wifi...

The benefits of the GL is that you get free Wi Fi. With each level comes a benefit package, obviously reflected in the MF. Amount of cost in WiFi, golf, massages, etc, are reflected at the different levels in the resort. For the difference in MF it is obvious. Not sure if you are a trader.....what is included...........

We are exchanging into the Grand Luxxe. As I said before I am amazed at the timeshares that charge for wifi. We own four Marriott timeshare weeks and three Royal Resort weeks. All of our resorts offer free wifi.

How about the Grand Bliss? Anyone know about free Wifi there for exchangers? Every time that I go to a Grand Mayan I reluctantly pay.

concierge services....

Instead of being concerned about the staus of WiFi for an exchanger, email concierge.cun@grandluxxe.com.
They respond quickly and can answer your questions about all the benefits at the Luxxe level that you receive.
As I tried to explain, each level at the resort has its own benefits package and obviously the MF assigned to that level reflects the amount and type of benefits.
We will be there 12/30-1/20. Are you there during that time?

We just got back from a week at GL and there is free wifi, but only at GL. Be aware, the speed varied from reaalllly slow to barely acceptable. I did not try it anywhere other than our room, so maybe the speeds are better elsewhere. So don't look for huge file downloads, etc. That being said, email worked ok.

Will be at Grande Luxxe next Thanksgiving.......can you update on Mayan Riviera property....construction, amenities, service, etc?

I saw how another tugger had a miserable time at the Nuevo Vallarta property because of noise
