I note with interest this site, run by RCI Europe.

http://www.mygovholiday.com/

Wherein timeshare weeks are rented to UK government employees for the sum of GBP 159, or about $275.

Why should anyone in their right mind purchase timeshare when they can rent all they want from you for $275?

And why should anyone be a member when they can't get an exchange filled, but non-members can rent a week for $275?

Once again, we have been down this road ad nauseum. There is no useful purpose to going down this road once again on the "Ask RCI" board. If you would like to continue to discuss this issue in general, please post on an appropriate board such as the Exchanging board.
