Why is a Marriott Residence Inn resort trading on II

I did an II search of resort in the Muskoka resort area of Canada and found a Marriott Residence Inn. The II here is the link. You will probably need to log into II to see it. Why are they offering Residence Inn exchanges?

There are a few Marriott hotel properties which exchange in II although availability is few and far between. I vaguely remember one TUGger mentioning a hotel in Canada as one of them but I don't know if it was the one you see.

I live just an hour south of Muskoka. It is a great resort area where a lot of people from the greater Toronto area go. I found a lot of availability at the resort from January to April, so I may grab one of those dates. The only thing is II is charging an exchange fee even though it is a Marriott to Marriott exchange and I am a destination points owner.

Since it isn't a Marriott Vacation Club resort, it isn't covered by the Marriott to Marriott exchange agreement.

The Marriott Hotel on St. Kitts shows on II as does the Hotel on Hollywood Beach on FL. Again, availability is rare. But, I have seen them both.
