I find that very disturbing! Is RCI now also taxing them? I am concerned about all the increased charges RCI has recently added such as Guest fees for online bookings that used to be free if booked online.

We are are paid up for membership with RCI for several years. Is it possible to get that refunded?

dixie,

I recently responded to the issue of Last Call/Extra Vacations pricing here.

We began offering a free Guest Certificate online a few years ago in order to introduce Bonus Vacations/Extra Vacations online. While this was never intended to be a permanent feature, we extended the offer for several years.

Unused subscription fees are refundable on a prorated basis according to single-year rates. To request a prorated refund, you may send an e-mail to feedback@rci.com with TUG in the subject line. The Communications Team can request that for you.
