Interesting...for someone new to the forum, you sure have a lot of info. to post. This board is mainly utilized by people who like timesharing and are successful at it. I'm sorry it hasn't worked out for you - it definitely isn't for everybody.

Hmm. When I click on www.transactionrealty.com/ the website opens quite normally. This entire post is overwrought with animated emotion and overstated generalities that makes the whole thing smell suspiciously like a shill.

A couple things

I apologize if i think before i type and it sounds staged. Second. It is not an obvious ad. I thought this place was for people who want to help other people among the shady world of timeshares. The industry has been ridden with scams and BS for so long i thought it would be nice to tell of a service that actually works among yet another segment of the industry that is taking advantage of people. I do enjoy my timeshares now that i have found a easy way to sell/rent/trade.

Also, just because this is now my second post here does not mean that i am too knowledgeable about timeshares. Who do you think you are, saying because i posted one post that i sound like i know too much?!?! Give me a break buddy. I have dealt with timeshares for 7 years. I know plenty of the industry.

We're in the closing stages for a Marriott timeshare wk w/Shelly at Transaction Realty.In fact I'm very pleased w/the broker's professionalism,thanks to Tug's recommendation!
