Lately, I've seen ads (not on TUG) for timeshares for sale by "Timeshare Group". The ads (with no names, addresses or phone numbers) require submitting an inquiry via the site on which the ad is posted via hyperlink click/ask/send--- a process which does not reveal to the sender even so much as an email address for the advertiser / intended email recipient. Thus far, such submitted email inquiries have not actually even produced a response of any kind.

Does anyone here have any first hand knowledge about (or any direct experience with) "Timeshare Group"? A little voice way in the back of my head has been whispering "PCC" to me, but I have no actual evidence on which to accept or reject that possibility. Besides, I certainly know that the little voice is not always right... ;)

Any first hand knowledge or direct experience regarding the true identity or whereabouts of "Timeshare Group" would be welcomed and appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The Timeshare Group is the Ochoa brothers, I think. They used to be with VIN INC (definitely a PCC -- uses lots of ebay names, but they close through Timeshare Closing, an affiliate, so they're recognizable).

The Ochoas may (probably?) get inventory from PCCs, but I've always been very happy with the service they've offered. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.

Thanks...

I had a vague recollection that Timeshare Group may be the Ochoas. However, I also saw some other listings on the very same site (not eBay, by the way) in which the advertiser was listed as Thomas Ochoa, by his overtly identified name (i.e., not by "The Timeshare Group"). I suppose that he (and/or his brother --- Doug, isn't it?...) could choose to also list ads by personal name instead of by company name, as they see fit.

In any event, it puzzles me to get no response whatsoever to a submitted, specific inquiry about an openly advertised week. I guess I'll give it another week and if no reply by then, I'll drop it and move on....

Thanks for the feedback; much appreciated.
