Who to contact at RCI to expedite RCI Account creation

I read a thread that had this info in it, but can't find it to save my life.

Is there a particular number I can call to beg RCI to assign a new Account number for me in advance of begging Owner Care to expedite connecting a new CWP account to it? Or do I have it backward?

Any help would be appreciated.
