Who owns the land under Polo Towers?

Now that I'm an owner at Polo Towers, (when the deed arrives, anyway!), a few future questions occurred to me. None of these questions affects my decision to buy there, but I always like to see what's ahead.

My questions are:

- Who owns the land under Polo Towers? The owners? Is it leased land to the HOA? Does anyone have future development rights?

- Who owns the Hawaiian marketplace? Who owns the land under the marketplace?

- Are there current plans on the books for the small properties between PT's and Aladdin/Planet Hollywood?

I see the Cosmopolitan being built around Jockey Club, and I see the gigantic Project City Center across the street from PT's on the Boardwalk property, and I think it's just a matter of time (5-10 years?) before the PT's and surrounding property gets targeted by developers.
