I'm shocked at how high the maint fees are increasing, considering it is Mexico where labor costs are so low. El Cid's resorts *used to be* a cheap way to get into Wyn Fairshare Plus program. Now I'm wondering if El Cid is trying to make owning their points unaffordable for folks who're using them with FSP program. Is there anyone on TUG who owns El Cid's points program *without* being in Wyndham FSP? I'd like to compare what you are being charged in 2009 for maint fee versus what I'm being charged.

I own 154k at El Cid. I'm thinking of getting rid of them because of the higher fees, but I don't know who would take them at this point. Atleast my contracts expire in 14 more years.
