I've had a LaCrosse 2315 weather station for a year, and I've tried several software programs which will monitor and/or record its output.
Heavy Weather, which comes with it, always locks up after a few days and won't handle COM ports higher than 4. In addition, it has some date arithmetic problems, and the dates in the history file can be off exactly one day from the correct date. And it's obviously not being enhanced.
WUHU has an exhaustive display, but little flexibility in its display. Just no fun.
I had a trial of WeatherDisplay, which I liked quite a bit. I'd pay about $30 for this one, but they want $73, and this year I'm not able to throw $73 around like some times in the past.
Do you have some software that's free or cheap and has a nice display, and preferably will FTP info to a website like WeatherDisplay can?
