This does not surprise me. I have already assumed that a vaccine will not be fool proof. We will need to learn to live with Covid.

Vaccines do not cause autism.

There is no cure or vaccine for the common cold, and my understanding from my doctor is that Coronavirus is a cold-type virus.

I had the virus in March and have the antibodies. I was tested. Not that I should go around without a mask.

I read that covid 19 would burn itself out in six months and that was back in March. By that estimate the virus should be about burned out in the USA between September and November.

I know your only 30 but as a teacher you certainly should know this has been scientifically debunked. The Scientist that wrote the original article lied and has quite possibly been responsible for a multitude of needless deaths.

Even the queen of anti vaccine Jenny McCartney (sp?) now admits there is no causation between autism and vaccinations.

Please, please don’t spread falsehoods especially to families of young children.

Smallpox is no longer given. The only sources of smallpox are the biowarfare stockpiles in various countries. . . . It was eradicated in the wild in 1971

In my state, women of childbearing age are required to show proof of MMR to obtain a marriage license.

I don't have kids in school so I don't know what their requirements might be, or what kind of variance among school districts, states, etc.

I would expect it to not go away really. We will have to learn, one way or another, to just deal with it. It *could* be an effective vaccine comes, or, it may not prove within our capability.
