I got an unsolicited call from them a few days ago, about selling my timeshare in Orlando (at the developers!) price. Of course, there is an up-front fee, which is a big no-no from a tug point of view.

What do you think of this re-seller?

Of concern, when I did a google search, this is one of the items that popped up (see link):

No

You seem to know the answer from your post. Don't deal with this, or any other, company that demands a large up front fee. No exceptions.

Yes, I (in view of TUG advice on the matter) made me suspicious of this company for a number of reasons. One is the fact that the agent is asking for an upfront fee, and can "guarantee" a re-sale at a cost close to what the developer charges these days.

I was also wondering if anyone has had experience with this company - on a google search of this company, one of the items is a post on this bulletin board (it must be in the archived threads). I could not successfully click on it, nor could I successfully do a search on all current or archived forums (fora) on this bulletin board, for this company.

Does anyone know the significance of the listing of the company of the crimeshare web site?
