- Free covered parking

- Restaurant in resort

Annual maintenance fee is approximately $1000 Canadian and is paid for 2016. Fifty year ownership with ~27 years remaining. The annual usage week for 2016 will be September 4-11.

We own two weeks at the resort

A floating winter week ( which we will be keeping) and a fixed week 36

Week 36 is the one we are giving away. It is owned by me and my daughter BUT DD is a school teacher and week 36 is always the first week of school for her. SO we want to get rid of it.
