Hi,
I have a booking 1 9 2023 - 1 22 2023 - sadly a recent injury may keep me from using this reservation. I guess I'm wondering what my options are?
Is it too late to see if someone would like to rent out my stay?
Is it possible for waitlist to save me on this one given I'm inside the 30 day cancellation window?
Thanks for any insight.

The place to start is to call the reservations line, get transferred to Owner Resolutions and explain the medical situation. Sometimes exceptions are granted.

Cancellations beyond the cancel-by date are no longer refunded if other owners book any of the cancelled dates. The waitlist will not make any difference.
