Trying to decide between Wyndham Branson at the Meadows or Wyndham Mountain Vista. Anyone have experience with either one...or perhaps both resorts? We need a mobility room because my husband uses a scooter. Are these resorts "scooter friendly"? And any suggestions on what to do and see in Branson in the Fall???

I've been to both several times. We enjoy both, and both have their slight nuances (they're slight, which is why I think you'll like each equally.
Meadows is quite a bit bigger, thus a bit more traffic (obviously only relevant during crowded times). However, they have more pools, outdoor things like shuffle board and ping pong, a movie theater inside the rec center. In the winter, their indoor pool has been much warmer than Mountain Vista (MV). So much so that this last NYE, we stayed at MV but used the Meadows' pool.

One thing that is remarkable about the kitchens...MV actually has pantry/shelf space in the kitchen; Meadows is a struggle for that. But we're a family of 5 and have a lot more food that a couple wood, so take that as needed.

Branson Meadows is a bit nicer, they all should be handicap accessible

We stayed at the Meadows, it’s nice but remember it being down a hill. We walked around outside and didn’t notice handicap units. Check with the office. They will be able to tell you. Have fun.

We have stayed at both--more often at Mountain Vista. It is newer, but the Meadows is much larger and more of the headquarters for things (check-in, sales, concierge, trips, etc.). Both have elevators so no mobility problems with stairs. Note that everything in Branson is on hilly sites as you are in the Ozarks.
As for suggestions on what to do, you could stay busy every minute of the day at that time of year in Branson. Check TripAdvisor or other threads on TUG since it really depends on your individual tastes.
