Which week will rent out better this year, 51 or 52?

I have a chance to still reserve either week 51 (Christmas) or week 52 (New Years) at a resort in southern California near Disneyland for this year. My intention is to rent it out since those are both prime weeks.

I can only reserve one of the weeks. Both are Saturday check-ins. Which do you think will attract more interest?

Week 52 usually, including this year includes the week between Christmas and New years. The period between those weeks 100% of public schools are off. In 2015 week 51 Sat-Sat December 19-26
week 52 Sat-Sat December 26-Jan 2

There are a fair number of schools that will be in session until Dec 22 or Dec 23.
