Since we are a group of adults, with no kids, we are looking for the newest or refurbished sections, which would be the quietest, and most adult friendly. Which of the different areas should we stay at. Any help would be appreciated.

I agree that Vistana Villages is hard to beat. We stayed in the Amelia section last year and loved it. They have an adults only pool which is a nice touch, and the pools and hot tubs are open until 1:00 a.m. which is great if you stay late at the parks and then go out to eat. If you go when kids are in school, crowds should be much smaller and you can get great Getaway deals. We stayed at Marriott Grand Vista this year and it is also very nice but I liked VV better.
