Which phase in Sheraton vistana villager in Orlando?

Family members are going to Vistana villager for sproing break. They have 3 kids age 12, 10 and 3. Which phase is newer or just renovated and good for kids? They usually go to vistana resort but there is no availability there. They will be going to Disney most of the week. Thanks

Bella section - for the pool

St. Augustine is the newest phase, and it was recently refurbished as well. Great villas, a marketplace and fitness center on the ground floor of building 25. Also has large pool with interactive pirate ship for younger kids, and a water slide for older kids. There is also a pool bar for the adults! Bella units were recently renovated, but I don't think they're as modern as the other phases. They have a large pool with an interactive fountain and zero-entry for little ones, as well as the main restaurant and a pool bar. But I would recommend St. Augustine first.

I own at SVV key west but never been there. I will request st Augustine or Bella phase. How is SVV compare to the Vistana Resort?

I own in Key West as well, and that is my favorite phase because it is very quiet. But there is not much for kids, except for a small, plunge-size kiddie pool for the very little ones, and there is no food or beverage outlet at the pool. There is a rec center with an arcade and fitness center, however.

Oh, I think I confused the Bella section for St. Augustine. Both are nice, but I did mean the St. Augustine pool
