Greensprings or The Colonies? 2BR.

Thanks!
I think they are both good. Greensprings when you book through RCI has a $22 per day resort fee. The Colonies has a $30 per week resort fee so that usually stears me away from Diamond (Greensprings).

The Colonies are newer. The last/only time I was at Greensprings the units were pretty worn/tired. I wouldn't split hairs. Locations are very different in relation to Williamsburg. Greensprings is closer to New Town and Jamestown. Colonies are right up the street from the Outlet Mall. Both similar distance to Colonial Williamsburg.

stayed 2X this spring at Greensprings visiting family. $15.95= taxes/day resort fee ($125/week). Units have been updated in the past 5 years and are nice inside-though my units had grey speckled formica/white appliances--but the layout is great. Overall, nice decor/furnishings and good beds. Sofa's looked worn (bad fabric choice). We love the location, 5 minutes to New town and 10 minutes to Colonial Wllmbg via easy drive. Beautiful area, landscaping, on a golf course, very nice pools. Excellent staff.
