Where is the Marriott Chat Button?

I used the chat feature to chat with owner services on the vacationclub.com website several times in the apst and really liked it.

Yesterday I wanted to use the chat again but do not find the button.

Could anyone remind me where to lock for the chat button on the marriott vacationclub.com website?

I really enjoy using the owner services chat feature as well. You will find the button prominently located in the top right corner of the my-vacationclub.com web page after you login.

The chat button only appears during Marriott Vacation Club business hours when there are employees available to chat.

Depending on your timezone, if you are trying early in the morning or late in the evening you won't see the chat button.

I see that you are located in Germany, so you may have to adjust your chat times to the timezones in the United States.

I once was informed by a chat rep that chat is also available during European hours.

But currently I do not even see the chat button during US hours.

Not me, but I've used it before and now can't remember where I found it then. I agree, that's a very nice, convenient feature when it's available.

But right now if I click on "Contact Us" up there in the corner under my VOA's name, the link to "Click To Talk" comes up on the next page. I've used that feature as well and have always had a rep call me immediately. Do you see that one?

I do not see the chat button now.

I would recommend you look again in about 10 minutes when their offices open.

I believe the Owner Services offices are located in Salt Lake City Utah in the Mountain timezone.

? Gblotter, the offices open at 9AM eastern, it doesn't matter where they're located. If the chat button is still an available feature we should have been seeing it earlier. But regardless, I'm still not seeing it now after 10AM.
