Looks like Marriott has changed their website and now I cannot find where my free night is listed (have a black Marriott/Chase Visa card).

Can someone please guide me to where they list those. TIA

I check the Rewards Account Activity section. You should be able to see where it was added. If was in a prior month, you will need to select the appropriate month.

It should be listed under the Reward Activity tab. The one's that come when you initially sign up are not bookable online. You either have to make a reservation with points and then call up and get it changed to the certificate or call up and have the reservation made with the phone rep using the cert.

I used mine a few weeks ago and they still tried to take the points rather than the expiring cert when I set the whole thing up on the phone. I contacted CS and they credited the points back to the account.

My wife had no problem making a reservation and having the cert attach to it online. This was one for signing up for the card, not the one you get on your anniversary.

Really I couldn't see anyway to attach it online so I called and asked and the rep said I had to call to make the reservation and indicate I wanted to use the cert. When I called later to do so they messed it up.

Thank you and everyone!!! No, but I have e-talked with Greg. Years ago we used to have all the Carlsbad/San Diego Tuggers meet once a year. We learned so much on tips to do timeshare stuff plus have a nice lunch. Be open to re-establishing that if others are interested :cheer:
