I am new to Vistana, I booked a week but didnt use all my SO, when is the last day I can bank them to carry over to next year? I dont think I will be able to use 37K SO or is there any recommendations? does vistana have a search engine that allows to search via how many SO?

Bank by June 30(or maybe July1). unless you are “elite”, then it’s later

No you can’t searh by # of staroptions. You should look at the staroptions chart to see how many SOs are required at your desired resort and then search

If your 37K SO's are a single unit (such as the lockoff of your SVV-Bella), you can deposit the unit (not the SO's) into Interval and trade into a full week. You will have the Vistana to Vistana preference which is powerful.

It's actually July 1, not June 30. See

Based on what you posted here, I don't think yours is a lockoff, but instead a standard 2 BR Bella.

If that's the case, you can't deposit the 37K SOs into Interval because it isn't a full week that you own. That being said, you don't need to bank them until July 1st and you might be able to use them using the VSN Escapes for a reduced SO cost week somewhere within 60 days of booking. There's a link for that on the dashboard after you log in; 7 nights in a 1 BR Premium is 25,200 and in a 2 BR would be 37,800 for example. There may well be some halfway decent availability before July while some folks don't want to travel while waiting for vaccinations.

Also, don't wait until the last day to bank either. With Vistana's website woes and long call center wait times, you could end up not being able to bank. Plan to bank sometime in early June 2021 if you know you won't be using the StarOptions.

Another question, if I already booked using my SO and need to change the dates are there any penalties? and how many times can I rebook? or if i cancel them completely can will they get banked again and I can use the entire 81k SO?

No penalties as long as you cancel outside of 60 days prior to checkin. Cancelled SOs just go back into what is available and can be banked. If you cancel inside of 60 days, there is a $50 cancellation fee and the StarOptions are restricted and then can't be banked.
