When is the Earliest I Can Reserve for Pres Week, 2013?

For multiple week owners, what is the earliest you can call to reserve Pres Week, 2013?
Can I call today (Monday, Jan 9) to reserve consecutive or concurrent weeks?

I must be doing something wrong & need some help.
If I call today to reserve, for example, Feb 10 and Feb 17,2013 (consecutive weeks) but Feb 10 is not available then can I reserve Feb 17 (concurrent) if it is available?
I am going to call Marriott but thought I would ask the experts here first.

No, if you're trying to book consecutive weeks and the first is not available when you call in at 13-mos, then you can't reserve any of the others in the consecutive string. (As well, if you want to use the 13-mos window to book concurrent weeks, you cannot book at that point if only one of the units is available.)

As far as the earliest you can call to reserve a specific week using the 13-mos window, it depends on how many weeks you own and want to reserve in a consecutive string. If you want to book two consecutive weeks - the week before a specific week plus that week - you can call 13 months and one week in advance of the specific week. If you want to book ten consecutive weeks - the nine weeks before the specific week plus that week - you can call 13 months and nine weeks in advance of the specific week.

This link, newly introduced from Marriott last year, is the best for determining the exact Call-In Date according to resort, check-in day and both the 12-mos and 13-mos windows.

But what if 2 units are available for my concurrent booking?
Example:
On Jan 9, I call to book Feb 10 and Feb 17 (consecutive weeks) using the 13 month rule.
Feb 10 is not available but there are 2 Concurrent units available for Feb 17( not going to happen, I know, b/c that is Pres Week but this is hypothetical & I am trying to learn for the future).

Can I book those 2 concurrent weeks?

Yes, but only 13 months in advance of the concurrent weeks start date. I've been successful at MFC for Pres Week 2 out of six tries doing that. Best advice is to have as many people on different phones call and whoever gets through take the call and hope you get an efficient rep.
